Rubber & Plastic
We can create custom molded solutions from a wide variety of materials, including many types of rubber and plastic. These substrates offer excellent durability, flexibility and we can create custom solutions within specified tolerances. Among rubber materials, we work with silicone, EPDM, SBR, polyurethane, neoprene, nitrile rubber, Viton™, thermal plastic elastomer, natural rubber and more. For plastics, we can create custom molded solutions using a variety of thermoplastics, LDPE, HDPE, polycarbonates, nylon, polyester and others. We can die cut or slit bulk reels of gasketing materials to specific widths with custom pressure sensitive adhesives (PSAs) added to speed downstream production processes. Or we can custom cut gaskets of various lengths and kit them together to eliminate manual cutting processes and boost manufacturing efficiency. Floormats
We specialize in creating custom floormats for demanding applications including recreational vehicles, construction equipment, agricultural equipment, and more. We use our molding capabilities to create custom shapes that follow the contours of the cab, using a variety of rubbers and other materials for excellent durability and product longevity. Many custom component manufacturers don’t offer floormats because of the tonnage and size of the press required.
